Prakash Seal Works is a manufacturer and supplier of precision rubber moulding components, including O-Rings, Gaskets, Rubber Bushes, Bellows, Grommets, and custom-engineered rubber products. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, product enquiries, orders, and any other interactions with our company. By engaging with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Product Orders & Specifications
All products manufactured by Prakash Seal Works are produced strictly to customer specifications, drawings, samples, or technical data sheets provided by the client. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all specifications, dimensions, material grades, and performance requirements are accurate and complete before placing an order. We recommend that clients review and validate all technical details with our team prior to production.
We reserve the right to request clarification, additional information, or revised specifications if we identify any discrepancies, ambiguities, or potential issues with the provided documentation. Any changes to specifications after order confirmation may result in additional costs and extended delivery timelines.
3. Quotes, Pricing & Payment
All quotes provided by Prakash Seal Works are valid for a specified period, typically 15 to 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the specifications, quantities, material grades, and delivery requirements provided at the time of enquiry. Any changes to these parameters may result in revised pricing.
Pricing is provided on a factory-direct basis and does not include applicable taxes, customs duties, shipping, or insurance unless explicitly stated. All applicable taxes, including GST, will be added to the invoice at the prevailing rates. Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation and may include advance payment, partial payment, or credit terms based on the client's creditworthiness and order value.
4. Delivery & Shipping
We are committed to delivering products within the agreed timelines. Delivery dates provided are estimates based on order complexity, material availability, production schedules, and shipping logistics. While we strive to meet all delivery commitments, we shall not be liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, transportation delays, or governmental actions.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the client upon dispatch from our manufacturing facility. Clients are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon receipt and reporting any damages, shortages, or discrepancies within 7 days of delivery. We recommend that clients arrange appropriate insurance coverage for their shipments.
5. Quality Assurance & Inspection
Prakash Seal Works maintains stringent quality control procedures at every stage of production, from raw material inspection to in-process checks and final inspection. All products are manufactured to meet the specifications provided by the client and are subject to dimensional, material, and performance testing as per agreed standards.
Clients may request third-party inspection or testing at their own expense, provided such requests are communicated in advance and do not disrupt our production schedules. Any non-conformities identified must be reported promptly to allow for investigation and resolution. Our quality assurance team is committed to addressing any genuine quality concerns and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations of orders must be communicated in writing and are subject to our review. Orders that have already entered production may not be canceled, and any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation will be borne by the client. Returns are accepted only for products that do not conform to agreed specifications, and such claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Products that have been manufactured to custom specifications, samples, or drawings provided by the client are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is identified. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned products. We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund products at our discretion.
7. Warranty & Liability
Prakash Seal Works warrants that all products supplied will conform to the specifications provided by the client and will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, handling, installation, storage, or application beyond the product's intended operating conditions.
Our liability is limited to the value of the products supplied and shall not extend to any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, production downtime, or business interruption. Clients are responsible for ensuring that our products are suitable for their specific applications and for conducting appropriate testing and validation.
8. Intellectual Property
All drawings, designs, specifications, and technical data provided by clients remain the exclusive property of the respective clients. Prakash Seal Works shall not use, share, or disclose any client-provided intellectual property without prior written consent. Similarly, our proprietary manufacturing processes, tooling, and technical expertise remain our exclusive intellectual property.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, including drawings, specifications, pricing, and business details, as confidential. We shall not disclose any confidential information to third parties except as required by law or with the client's explicit consent. We take appropriate measures to protect client information and ensure that our employees and service providers adhere to strict confidentiality obligations.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, our products, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India. Both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation before initiating legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
